CURRENT CAREER OPPORTUNITIES 

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Full Time Seasonal position 

The Production Assistant reports directly to the Head Brewer. Working with the Head Brewer they are responsible for and will need to be able to do the following:

  • Lift items up to 150 lbs including bags of grain, kegs and other brewing related items

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the brewing area and adhere to proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as outlined by the Head Brewer

  • Responsible for cleaning and inventory of be empty and full kegs

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the fermentation area and adhere to proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as outlined by the Head Brewer

  • Assist in the canning and packaging of the beer

  • Responsible for the CIP cleaning of all tanks

  • Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the coolers

TASTING ROOM STAFF

Part Time Seasonal position

The Tasting Room Associate reports directly to the Tasting Room Supervisor. Working with the supervisor they are responsible for and will need to be able to do the following:

  • Life items up to 150 lbs including bags of grain, kegs and other brewing related items

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the tasting room and outdoor area and adhere to proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as outlined.

  • Greet and interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner

  • Maintain inventory of crowlers, growlers, cans and other tasting room supplies

  • Must understand the style of beer and the differences between each beer and be able to communicate it to the customer

  • Provide staffing support for festivals as needed

  • A tasting room associate is required to clock in 30 minutes to an hour before their shift starts and stay 30-45 minutes after close.
